On the topic of pyramids:

Matrixes are very very risky. It is basically a horrible pyramid.

You pay $$ to signup and get $$ per every referral. If you are one of the guys that signs up later it can be almost impossible to get signups.

However, zeriouz in no way shape or form represents this model even though it may look like it at first glance, and the great part about it is that it is completely free and much easier.
