These rissoles are absolutely delicious. All I did was mix up 1kg of mince with 1 very large chopped onion. I added 4 eggs and some 1/2 cup of uncooked rice. I forgot to mention the rice in the video.
I poured can of diced tomatoes into a large wok shaped pot. Then sprinkled chilly, mixed herbs and cumin on to of that. Then I placed the rissoles on top and poured another can of tomatoes over that.
I cooked it on a low heat for 1 hour.
