This is the chicken burger I’ve been saying I’m gonna make.
I fried the chicken on a pan with pepper. I added a little chilli powder just before I took it out of the pan. I put cheese in the bun and put it in the microwave inside a bag for 60 seconds on “defrost”. That made the bin nice and soft and the cheese half melted.
Then I added spinach, the chicken and some mayonnaise. I have to say it was absolutely delicious. I will surely make it again!
